This morning I saw a fox trotting through a wide open field as I drove up Mount Nemo! It’s so impressive to watch wild dogs on the move …. continuously glancing over their shoulders and all around …. in search of food, friends or foes.”
My Daily Release #91: I release domesticity
This morning as I woke up I was slowly coming out of a dream. In this dream I had somehow flown over to a castle. I walked into one of the rooms and was in absolute awe over the detail in floor patterns, furniture, etc. Then someone said we were in New Hampshire. I woke up.
Quickly I googled castles of New Hampshire and found the “Castle in the clouds” http://www.dupontcastle.com/castles/castclou.htm
My Daily Release #90: I completely release my Spirit as I fall asleep so she can roam all she wants

My Daily Release #89: I release all the lies that make up this world and seek only truth
“It is the function of art to renew our perception. What we are familiar with, we cease to see. The writer shakes up the familiar scene, and as if by magic, we see a new meaning in it.” ~Anais Nin
I am so drawn to this work of art because many heartbeats ago, when I was 13 years old, my dad bought a horse for me. I named him Rusty because he was the colour of rust. I had no saddle, no halter, just me and my horse. To ride him I would grab hold of his mane and launch myself onto his back. Wrapping my arms around his neck I would whisper into his ear “giddy-up”. He knew to head next door. At the farm next-door lived a Dutch family named the Kingma’s. In their back field the boys had a “race track” where they would race their dads old beat up cars. I would direct Rusty to this track, and like magic, we would run laps upon laps on this track! We were FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE….
My Daily Release #28: I write to release an unfamiliar perception ….
Daily Release #87: Today I release the light!
Today I stopped for a red light and noticed a book lying on the ground right in front of my car. It was quite windy outside and was blowing and turning the pages of this book. I wanted to quickly leap out of my car to rescue this book from the busy intersection, and possibly getting run over by countless cars! But I couldn’t. There was not enough time and the risk was too high. So there I sat, watching the pages being turned by the wind, until finally the light turned green.
My Daily Release #86: Today I release the part of me that wants to save the world but must sit back and allow things to unfold on their own.
“Music must take rank as the highest of the fine arts – as the one which, more than any other, ministers to the human spirit. “ ~Herbert Spencer
I LOVE MUSIC!!!!!!!!! In my lifetime I have played the violin, saxaphone, piano, tambourine, drums, morocca’s, sang in school choirs, …. and I made sure my four kids grew up with music and learned their choice of instruments.
